What Syene is

Syene is a research tool. It publishes measurements and derived analytics about energy markets: satellite-based storage estimates, curve structure, positioning, flows, and related signals. Nothing on the platform, in the API, in briefs, or in alerts is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. No output promises returns.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keys can be revoked in Settings at any time. Do not share paid data outside your organization tier; do not resell or redistribute raw data from the platform.

Subscriptions

Paid plans bill through Stripe on a monthly cycle. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices can change with notice before your next cycle.

Data and accuracy

Measurements carry stated uncertainty and validation is published openly, including failure modes. Data can be wrong, late, or revised. Use it as one input among many; decisions and outcomes are yours.

Acceptable use

No scraping past your tier's limits, no probing other accounts' data, no use of the platform to violate exchange data licenses or applicable law.

Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syene is not liable for trading losses or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
