What we collect

Account identity (name, email) lives with our sign-in provider. Billing details live with Stripe; we never see card numbers. The app itself stores your alerts, API keys (hashed), and entitlement tier keyed to an opaque user id.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not log email addresses in application logs, and analytics events carry an anonymous id with no personal fields.

Analytics

Product analytics (PostHog) records which rooms are used and which features fire, under a random identifier stored in your browser. Clear site data to reset it.

Alert deliveries

If you configure email, webhook, or push delivery, the address or endpoint you provide is stored to deliver those alerts and deleted with the alert.

Data requests

Email privacy@syene.ai to export or delete your account data. Deletion removes alerts, keys, entitlements, and push subscriptions within 30 days.
